Melissa’s musical background includes a bachelors degree in music from

Central Michigan University, a song penned for a Ford Mustang commercial

in 2010 and a 7-year exclusive engagement singing on board Princess Cruises ships. Besides performing live, she can be found a couple of nights a week at the Detroit School of Rock and Pop Music molding the voices of the future of music and volunteering for the Royal Oak Commission for the Arts. With a repertoire spanning multiple decades, the Melissa Behring sound is a crowd pleaser. Like past Motown performers and songwriters who helped to launch such an influential style of music, The Melissa Behring creates a classy, elegant and fun ambience in any room they are entertaining in.
