All that hard work and here were are, the first three episodes of my summer reading program for Michigan Public Libraries. So far, I have partnered with the Chelsea District Library, the Clinton-Macomb Public Library and the Allen Park Library for three fun, family friendly programs now available on my YouTube channel @MelissaBehring.
Please sign up to receive details on this summers virtual concert series. Each sponsoring library has chosen a platform to share “The Year of the Fairy Tale Sing-along” on and will be providing the log in details closer to each event.

In honor of 2020 being the Year of the Fairy Tale at the libraries, I’m working on a few songs from Cinderella “Bibbity Bobbity Boo”, “A Dream is a Wish Your Heart Makes”, Snow White, “Whistle While You Work”, “Heigh-Ho”, and of course everyone’s favorite, Frozen, “Let It Go” and “Do You Want to Build a Snowman”. I have a fun version of dance & freeze set to and updated version of “The Bare Necessities” song from the Jungle Book.
I am happy we are home to be a part of it and am proud to help represent the sounds of Detroit, Motown, the Motor City, a UNESCO City of Design, by creating music, performing and spreading the songs that are the soundtrack for your life.
